Event Services Manager
Job DescriptionThe Event Services Manager reports to the Director of Event Services. Oversees and assures Guest Experience elements for special events executed at The Schottenstein Center, Manages Traffic Services for JSC events and daily operations. Develops event traffic plans and orders services and equipment to execute the plan. Provides supervision of event staff during events; Maintains and issues clothing and equipment for Traffic Services activities. Maintains Staff parking pass database. Supervises graduate assistants and interns for setup and operation of event equipment; Liaison with University Public Safety to establish safety and traffic plans.
