Department Name: H4014:Patient AccountsJob Summary: The Enterprise Quality and Vendor Analyst will oversee the Quality Assurance process for staff & manage vendor selection and performance.Quality Assurance:This includes supporting the quality assurance activities related to the billing and collections processes. The Analyst will work with both Patient Financial Services management and staff to perform front-to-end quality audits to ensure accurate billing and adherence to both Standard Operating Procedures and trained protocols.
