Department Name: 3J510:Human Resources AdministrationJob Summary: The Staffing Specialist for Nursing will collaborate with Nursing leadership hiring managers to support their staffing needs. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: coordinating the hiring process from the point of position request entry through onboarding of the new employee; navigating several systems and databases to obtain and submit information; maintaining compliance through assurance that all assigned position requests are successfully completed per department standard operating procedures (SOP), related UK policy and procedures and relevant state and federal employment laws; providing recruitment support for Nursing positions;
