Department Name: M4500: AMB-Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center Job Summary: The diabetes educator will work with diabetes care providers (e.g. , physicians, advanced practice providers) to provide integrated, comprehensive, and global management of patients with diabetes-related disorders.
