Behavioral Health Director/UKHC
Department Name: H6140:Psychiatric ServicesJob Summary: The Director of Behavioral Health, Inpatient Services directs and coordinates the daily activities and behavioral health nursing personnel as defined at Chandler and Good Samaritan Hospital locations. This position is responsible for all aspects of operations of the assigned area(s), including regulatory oversight, nursing quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity. The patient population consists of acute adult and adolescent behavioral health patients in an academic medical center. In conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer for Behavioral Health, the Director of Behavioral Health, Inpatient Services is responsible for strategic planning, projects, and staff development.
