Department Name: H4021: Revenue Management - Coding & DocumentationJob Summary: Analyzes inpatient clinical documentation to identify diagnosis and procedures using ICD-10 CM/PCS. Responsible for coding moderately complex to extreme complex inpatient patient types with a variety length of hospital stay, and covers all medical specialties. Assigns ICD-10 CM/PCS codes in accordance with Official Coding and departmental guidelines.
