The Coordinator of Leadership and Volunteerism reports to the Assistant Director of Student Activities, Leadership and Volunteerism. This position is responsible for administering an extensive leadership and volunteerism program to the WKU students, in particular, under-represented populations. This is a one year appointment. Continuation is dependent upon need/funding.
Master's Degree in student affairs, communication, or related field of study
Two years of work experience or two years graduate assistantship in collegiate, student life programming
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Proven ability to provide leadership that results in program expansion and growth
Ability to create an environment that embraces teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration among students, faculty, and staff
Salary Grade: 107 Salary Range: $29,858 - $39,000
